4 Months (plus 2 weeks)

I am just a little (oops!) late on Annie Knox's 4 month post. This past month has been very crazy. I started selling real estate and just haven't been able to find the time to do any blogging. Very sad but glad that I am busy!
Where to start......
AK on her first day of Mother's Morning Out 4/10/12

4 month (and 11 day) check up

4 month check up

Happy girl! (before her shots)

Annie Knox is now 4 months and 2 weeks old. I am LOVING every minute with her. This is such a fun age!! She has started rolling over from her tummy to her back. She doesn't roll over every time she is placed on her tummy but she has started to which is fun. Annie Knox is so much more alert. She has been noticing Reese a lot more. As he walks around the room she just watches him. Sometimes she will just start smiling and laughing when she sees him. He on the other hand is still very jealous. Annie Knox also likes to grab everything she can and put it in her mouth. It doesn't matter if it's a toy, drink, phone, remote, etc. We have to watch her very closely.
First time in her Sassy seat
Last week, 4/10/12, was Annie Knox's first time going to school! Well she is going to Mother's Morning Out twice a week for just a few hours. I think it's good for her to be around other babies, adults, etc.
Exploring
Today was the first time we put Annie Knox in her Sassy seat (Johnny Jump-up). She seems to like it but was mainly just trying to figure it out. On Friday we started Annie Knox on rice cereal. She didn't want anything to do with it the first two nights but tonight she was opening her mouth for more.
Annie Knox's schedule: Wakes up around 6am for a bottle (4 oz) then goes back to sleep until I wake her up around 8:00-8:30am,4 oz Bottle around 9am, then 4 oz bottle around Noon, 4 oz bottle around 3:00pm, 4 oz bottle around 5:30 pm, we started giving her rice cereal around 7:00, then bath time, then her last (hopefully) bottle (5-6 oz) around 8:00-8:30. Throughout the day she gradually starts to make the last time she eats around 8:00 or 8:30. Once she eats her last bottle of the day we swaddle her and put her to bed. Sometimes she will fall asleep as soon as we swaddle her and sometimes she fights it and we will have to rock and sing to her.
Annie Knox still has Reflux and is on Zantac. She has to take 1.3 ml every 8 hours and takes it surprisingly very well. EVERY time we get AK to laugh she gets the hiccups. It's the most precious thing but I think it's because of the reflux.
Annie Knox's Favorites:
-Being Swaddled
-Watching TV (we try very hard to limit this)
-Her Bouncy Seat
-Paci
-Books (She gets so excited when she sees a book)
-Being sung to
-Gilbert the Giraffe (Will named him Gilbert....we need a name for every stuffed animal)
-Sophie the Giraffe

-When we talk to her
-When we make funny noises (that will most likely get a laugh)
