A few weeks ago was a big day for our family! My cousin, Dan, signed to play baseball at Furman. There were several other athletes from his high school (my old school) that were signing as well. Our whole family went to support Dan. My grandfather went to Furman and was one of the Furman athletic's biggest fans. He absolutely loves the Paladins. Before my grandfather passed away he said he wanted to see 3 things. Bo, Annie Knox, and to see Dan play baseball at Furman. He knew before he passed away that Dan was going to commit to Furman. We all know that he will be at every game.
Another reason this is so special is because my husband played baseball at Furman! I can't tell you how many games I went to. So now we are going to start it all over again and go to as many games as we can. Annie Knox in tow! Congrats Dan!! We love you and are so proud of you!!
